(3) Spectrometer function
Unlike other FIA instruments, we use a spectrometer instead of photodiodes. The spectrometer simultaneously scans multiple absorbance measurements of different wavelengths. Then, FLAsoft will calculate the concentration of these samples based on their respective wavelengths. In addition to the spectral lines of the sample, background spectral lines can also be scanned.
